Women's Self Defense

 

We offer Women's Self Defense seminars a couple of times a year. These intensive seminars teach and prepare women to protect themselves from predators. Women will walk away from the seminar with a new found confidence in protecting themselves in dangerous situations. The techniques will be basic and simple, taught in a manner than can easily be remembered in an intense situation. Our goal is to facilitate a safe learning environment where people can learn how to deal with threat without feeling threatened.
