Women's self defense seminars are offered a couple of times a year.

We also do seminars upon request for companys.

We offer classes for the whole family 4 days a week in two locations in Lynnwood and Shoreline.

Spring Break Camp

We have a Spring Break Bible Camp during the Edmonds school district spring break for kids in kindergarten through 6th grade.

 All of our instructors are available for private lessons.
